hey everyone (ok hello to the one person who actually reads this) just wanted to update from what has been going on this month.
First Ashely and Jeorge had the baby and she is so cute! little Alma Sophia was born Nov 22. I have yet to see her in person but I have seen photos on facebook and she is so cute!
Scrap Weekend: SO MUCH FUN! I cant wait until next year so I can go again!
On the 11th I stayed home and had some Dad time which we went to roswell and did lame stuff like paying bills and looking at hardware stores for camper stuff! but it was quality time that we don't get to do often enough.
House sitting was good but they came home alittle early and I didn't get to see the season 2 finally of alias but our Thanksgiving plans changed and J came here so I was able to house sit for them again this weekend and so I have now watched it and glad I didn't see it before cuz I was in the dark but if I had seen it and couldn't go on to the 3rd season then I would have gone crazy till this weekend!(ps thanksgiving was good but at too much still full!)
AZ Weekend was so much fun and not long enough! as it never is but for real this time cuz there is only going to be one more trip to az for me for a while which will be the first weekend in Dec. cuz Dana is moving to Delaware...I know Delaware! but we are not talking about that till the time comes and we more then likely will not be talking about it when the time is here! ANYWAY....NEW MOON WAS AMAZING! and I have even seen it twice when I got back I saw it with Adri and my mom on Wednesday! OY I cant wait till it come on dvd I hate when I love movies and I see them when they first come out...we have to wait for so long! and the 3rd on is coming in June so I'm totally ready for that one since the 2nd and 3rd blend together for me and I thought some stuff was going to happen in this one but its not till the next one! Also we didn't find ugly Christmas sweaters so the search is still on and they will have to wait till next year (if anyone find one that is 3xl or larger buy it and I will pay for it! need it for my dad)
December plans! the first weekend is going to be in AZ as I said and it will be happy and sad but life will go on. then the 12th will be at the church all day watching kids and then starting the 20th or so I will be house sitting for another family till Jan 4th or so they are not to sure on the dates yet. They don't have a computer to use and no dvr so I will be scraping and watching movies so if there is any movies or tv on dvd that you think I should watch let me know!

So I guess that is all for now, I'm off to play farmtown on facebook and watch more Alias..wish me luck!

Crazy Full November

This month is jammed full of fun stuff, every weekend I have something planned. Last weekend I went to a baby shower for Jorge and Ashley for their baby girl who is going to be born any day now.

Starting tomorrow (today?) I'm going to Carlsbad NM for a Scrap Weekend with a lot of ladies I don’t know and one I do, Kathy. I’m going to work in the morning, leave at 11, get lunch and head to Carlsbad . I’m So EXCITED! And I have a lot still to get ready: yesterday I bought my $10 gift (and I was a good girl I only bought for the present and nothing for me even thou there is a class going on next weekend that I was thinking about but decided against it to save money for the summer when I visit Elsie and the RVA Girls!), and I printed little photos for a project that we are doing. Today I need to plan pages and buy the goodies for the snack mix that I’m going to be taking But I only bought the snacks cuz the internet is eating my time. I’m ready to scrap but if I do any now then I will not have enough for this weekend! I also wish that I was going somewhere that had an IKEA cuz they are having a sale on their Swedish Meatball plates for $1. They are so good, so if you live by one go and have some for me.

(p.s. I have the 11th off of work and if I still have scrap stuff to work on I may go to Carlsbad the work in the store or go to Portales to visit J. not sure which I will do but I don’t want to stay home)

Next weekend the 13th-15th I’m going to be house sitting and watching Alias. Last time I house sat for them I got thru season one and the first disc of season two and that was a good stopping point, but I am still excited to see what else is going to happen.

The weekend of the 20th-22nd Im going to be in AZ visiting Dana and watching NEW MOON! I will also be going to thrift shops in search of some (ugly) Christmas sweaters for the Family photo this year. Mom has hers (because she likes them) and I can borrow one from her but I need one that is not to girly for J and one big enough for Dad. Not sure what other shopping we will do because I’m not sure how much money I will have but I would like to go to IKEA to look around, maybe take some photos, and get some meatballs even if they aren’t a dollar they will still be good!

Thanksgiving is the 26th and we are going to Portales to see J cuz he has to work but then I will be back home for the weekend recuperating from all the turkey. We are also planning to take our Christmas photo granted we get the sweaters.

The next weekend after that is the start of December and quiets down, or so I think so far. I will be catching up on DVR and resting till the Christmas holiday.

Well that is what I’m doing in the next few weeks can you keep up?

Really Want to See these Movies!

500 Days of Summer! It has 2 of my favorite Actors in it Joseph Gordon-Levitt and Zooey Deschanel so great thats all I have to say! It was a preview for My Sisters Keeper and the sound was on but the picture was not so we didnt know what the movie was or who was in it then I recognized Zooey's voice and I knew I had to check it out! Comming July 17 Hope it comes to Roswell!

Post Grad! Alexis Bledel, I love her movies and when she was on Gilmore Girls and was wondering where she would go after the show. This looks like a great movie to continue her career. This movie is sort of where I am...trying to find out what I need to do with my life! Comming August 21

Away We Go! With Favorite Actor John Krasinski, it looks like a fun movie trying to find yourself while you are in a bind. Just looks so funny. Hope its not one of those movies that shows all the funny parts in the preview! Limited playing now/not in Roswell will have to wait till it comes out on DVD!

Hair Cut!

Whoot I got my hair cut...but why do i have to be so passive? I like my hair don't get me wrong but its not really what I had in mind. I just didn't explain what I exactly wanted and I didn't show the pic. When I think I'm getting better at being bold I chicken out! OY also I didn't go to the place I went before and liked because "no one is working on Saturday" Why was no one working...on a Saturday...ugg. so I went to another place and all I could think when she was cutting my hair was I wonder what Tabitha from Tabitha's salon take over (Brovo) would say about this place. the employees were hiding each others food, yelling for the food back, and not cleaning up the hair they just cut. ok you can check them out but then come clean your station...then she cut another guys hair with nasty hair on the floor. I will not be going back there. Oy

Ok so I have seen a couple of movies in the past month and there are a lot more that i would love to see. My brothers birthday was Jan 29th and he wanted to see a movie and go to dinner so we went to see Hotel for Dogs cuz that was the only movie that was out that he wanted to see and I told him that he should have waited a week and there were a lot of really good movies that were going to open (i.e. Push, Coraline, and He's just not that into you) so we saw it and it was pretty good for being PG and seeing it with the rents and J. Then just today I saw Push with a coworker, his sister, and Sarah. J was going to come cuz he said he had off but he got his weeks confused and so he has next weekend off when I will be in az. Anyway since he couldn't come I didn't want to go with just Jeff and his sister so I asked one friend and her aunt just died and was going to be out of town. Ok so i really only have 2 friends so my chances that Sarah were really slim but she came threw! and I was very excited! The movie: i thought it was pretty good. it did have its times that were kinda slow and the beginning was really slow but the end was great even though they totally set it up for a second one. I hate when movies do that! One of the previews was that of the new x-men movie about the origin of Wolverine! It comes out on May 1st so Im going to see if my dad wants to see it for his birthday!

Wow one of the things that I wanted to do in 2009 was to blog more but have I been doing that...NO! and why is this you ask? Well for one I don't have a lot of internet time and I have lots to do while I'm on and then 2nd I really don't know what to write about. I was never really good at writing in a journal about everyday life and this is only an online journal for me. Let me think what has been going on with me.........................................thinking.......................................

ok well this week I went to Small group on Monday and it was ok we talked about being in a christian bubble. I know I fall into that just cuz I don't have a lot of friends and finding new ones in Roswell is kinda hard...where to look? Tuesday I stayed in my bubble and went to bible study which was about Easter and being overwhelmed with life. Then tonight I was going to babysit at the church but there were no little little ones so I got to go home/go to starbucks early. My Co-Worker was out sick yesterday and today so I had to do a lot more work but it was sort of ok because the middle of the week is slower then on Monday and Friday. I really hope he is back tomorrow cuz I like my desk!

This weekend Im planning to catch up on my recorded shows and Scrapbook. I really need to finish the books from Lubbock cuz Amber keeps bugging me!

Next weekend I'm going to AZ! IM so excited. Dana is getting married so we are doing some planning and having her bridal shower! Oy IM SO EXCITED!

2008 in Review

On December 31 I was listening to the radio and they were talking about what was their favorite memory of the year and that got me thinking so here is my year in review!
January: Rachel's Wedding was the 4th -6th in Mexico and it was a crazy time...just like Rachel!
February: The 7th-9th was CHA/Meeting Elsie for the 2nd time/Meeting "SIS"ters. CHA is always fun, getting to see all of the new products that are going to be coming out and getting to visit with Elsie is always a good time! I also got to meet some of the SIS Girls at Roundtable Pizza. All of them are fun and i wish we could have hung out longer or got to get together more. I drove back to NM on the 16th-17th. This was not a planned event (moving back home) but I am here now and a lot has happened since I have been back....continue reading!
March: Winning the Roswell Shop Hop! We had a shop hop in CA with scrap stores and when I came back to NM I found out thaey were doing one with local sores so I went to all of them to get my stamp and it ended up that I WON! What a nice welcome home gift!
April: April 1st I HAVE A JOB! I started at the Bank of the Southwest as a Proof Operator
May: My brother Jeremiah graduated from HS. It was a great time for the family to come together and hang out. This was the first time in a while that I was able to go to a family function because I was so far away.
June: Back in 2007 our main church building was burnt pretty bad so we were using the youth building (which is way smaller) while it was being rebuilt. It reopened this month and were able to enjoy the new building!
July: Yes I saw fireworks in Ca at Disneyland but never on the 4th. This year I was with my family at the lake. Also Jeremiah got an Apple computer with his graduation money and the nice brother that he is lets me barrow it, increasing my time at starbucks on the internet!
August: The Bank had been doing some remodeling and the Bookkeeping department was planning on moving up to the 3rd floor when all of it was done and finally on the 6th we were able to move up! I also got to go to CA for a very short time on the 9th-10th for Tiffany and Chris's Wedding. On the 9th I shopped and hug out with all my peeps the the wonderful wedding was on the 10th. My Birthday was on the 31st so to celebrate my mom, friend Amber, and I went to ABQ to go to Santa Fe and Freedom Fest.....continued into September.
September: For the rest of my Birthday we went shopping in Abq which we dont have a lot of here in Roswell
October: I got to teach my very first Scrap Class. Yes I have taught some techniques before but this was my first class where I made something and teach how I put it together! It was a small turn out and there were multiple difficulties but we pulled through and it was a great class.
November: I GOT A CAR! if you have read my previous post about my car you know all of the craziness that went with it but all in all I was just excited to get a car to call my own ok well I call it Roon but whatever. on the 21st -23rd I was in AZ visiting Dana and Rachel and watching TWILIGHT! Thanksgiving was also a fun time. Went to my grandmothers where my little cousins were also there and they are growing up so fast especially since I haven't seen them in a long time.
December: In closing out the year my brother got himself an X-Box 360 with Guitar Hero so you know what I will be doing in 09. My boss and his wife had their baby on the 27th and my dad had surgery on his ankle on the 31st.

For 2009 I plan to:
Travel more
Read at least 30 Books
Save for my own Apple Computer
Scrap More
and Blog More

Trying to BREATHE

Wow I just read online at facebook that my friend is getting married! I know its usually a good thing to get married and it is but it is kinda fast they only started dating a little under a month. I know she really likes him and i sort of met him when i was there (AZ) in Nov. so they are getting justice of the peace in march cuz in is in the military and is going to Florida so with getting married she can go with him and then they are going to have a "real" wedding in December of next year. this is also crazy because up until she started dating him she and i were the only ones who weren't dating or already married. i was just getting use to her dating someone now she is getting married and moving even farther away! its just a lot to take in and so i need to just breathe!

Our dogs Nic and Buddy have a small yard to call their own but every once in a while when dad is working outside he lets them out and they get to run free! They usually stay around that house and property, and only sometimes do they run farther but are back later at night. Well two Thursday nights ago they didn’t come back. We were so sad to see them go and were just waiting for them to come back. When my mother and I come home form church on Sunday we saw a black blob and it was nic…he had returned home! He was exhausted and hungry but other then that ok. But where was Buddy? Nic was so sad with out buddy but we hoped that he would be ok. Then on Wednesday morning I saw two black dogs in our yard. Buddy was back! but he was limping and his front right paw looked hurt. Jeremiah said that the pad was cut but he didn't get a good look at it. Then Yesterday my dad was able to get a good look at it and it was a pretty large cut so he took him to the vet and it ended up that he had a BULLET in his foot! CRAZY! so he had surgery and now is on 'bed rest' meaning he has to be inside (which he is not allowed) because it cant get wet and we have to be watching him so he doesn't hurt it more or rip off the wrapping.

NEW CAR!

Wow what an experience it has been buying a new car! I really needed a new car because of the fact that the one i was driving was a van (not to say the vans are bad) that none of the doors opened properly, the heater and air didn't work, the radio didn't work, the gas guage was messed up, and it raddled like no other! so i went to the car dealership just to see if i could get a car cuz in don't get payed a lot and didn't know how my credit was. after a really long day at the car place i drove away in a silver version on the one i owned cuz they sold me the wrong car and mine would not be ready for a few days. Then only 7 hours after owning "my" car I hoped a curb and sliced my two right tires! what an adventure this car has been so far!

Wonderful Weekend!

My Wonderful weekend began on Saturday when my mother interrupted my TV watching to tell me that I had won the Shop Hop! That's right I received $2400 worth of gift certificates to local stores in Roswell! Then My Grandmother came for Easter and had a blast hanging out with her on Saturday and Sunday! For Easter my brother and I got these wonderful Bubbles that are HUGE! and smell like grapes and blueberries! Then on Monday my mother and I went shopping with my gc and had so much fun we literally shopped till we dropped! and we only went to seven of the 24! And the most wonderful news of the weekend/week is I GOT A JOB! I'm so excited. Its at Bank of the Southwest as the data entry operator, I will be working on the computer making sure everything is put in correctly and that everything balances. I can't wait to start on the 1st...only a week left to be lazy!

Look at our cute little farm...we have a bull. Who's name is Bucky. and lots of roosters/a few chickens. The chickens have been having eggs and they are tasty. We will be having Bucky for meet some day but I will not eat him. A Great Adventure At the Farm....some new people bought the land behind and around us and now have cattle on the land. So the other day one of their cows got into our gate and started eating Bucky's food! So I called my dad but he was in a meeting and then I called my mom. in that process the cow started to walk away then started to talk to Bucky...after the cow was almost gone and I thought I was in the good...Bucky got out and started to jump around....and towards me. It ended with my mom getting my brother out of school so he could catch Bucky and put him back where he belongs...no anywhere near me!

Wow what a few Crazy days we have had with the weather! On Sunday it was in the upper 70 then that night the wind came and SNOW! Yup thats right I had to drive home from church group in snow fluries! And I coming from warm CA I almost froze! Then Monday morning I woke up and up on like 5 layers of close and made a little snowman but he didnt last long as you can see...and by the time my Mom saw him all that was left was his middle and bottom half! This morning is a little chilly but it is still going to be in the late 60's almost 70's today! Why is weather messing with my body!

Eventful Morning

Wow! I woke up by the sounds of the rosters crowing away and the sun shining on my face. I was all nice and tosty in my bed and the house was cold. My mother has already put me to work with the kids at the church (I have to leave in a few min). We have 2 cars for 3 people so I came to school with my brother to meet my mother (she works in the Library at the Middle School) but before we went to school we had to stop and feed the horses. On driving to the ranch we saw a cow on the side of the road and it happened to be one of the ones that they take care of. So we (and by we I mean my brother) had to put it back in the pins. By the time that he had chases it farther down the road and came back to the truck it had disapeared (hopefully back in the pen). On the way to school we had to pick up some bags of trash on the side of the road because they happened to be ours. On my fathers way to work this morning they blew out of the trailer. but we couldnt get to them because of the cow....they are still there. Man what have I gotten myself into! Hope your day was as eventful as mine.

The writer strike is almost/is now over! I'm so excited for all of my shows to be back! Well now that they are coming back I'm going to be in a place where we don't get most of those channels....but once I get a job I'm telling the parents that I'm getting Cable and Internet...I know they don't have Internet! Today was CHA Day! How Exciting! I woke up early and got to the show early with Cindy and Elaine and walked around doing make in takes and looking at all of the new product that I want the store to order even thou Im not going to be here I saw stuff that I want to buy when it comes out. Then Megan and Chelsea came and we walked and hung out having fun lookin at all of the wonderful new product! I meet and took pics with Heidi Swap and Elsie. Not wanting to move

There has been a lot of ish going on in my life for a while and more in the last week and more to come I know. My car is dead and have decied the only thing that is really logical is to move back to New Mexico to be with my family. Hopefully I can come back to CA because I really love it here and the people I have met but Im not sure when that will happen or even if it will. One thing that I will miss the most is the college group that I have been going to for only a few weeks..actually the first time I even went was the day before I found out that my car was dead and that I was going home. The group is really fun and I wish that I had more time to spend with them but I dont want to get to close now because Im leaving in a few weeks and I dont want to be too sad on leaving then I alread am. We dont have a college/young adult group at my home church so I dont know what will happen when I go home...I will look around and hopefully find something as good as what is here.

New Year

So I didn't end the year very well or start the new one well! I really need to keep up with this!
Lets start with the Holidays...
Thanksgiving: I spent some time with the Luevanos (my family here in CA)like I have for the last few years and this year some of their cousins were there and we played some guitar hero! So much fun if you have not played.
Christmas: Spent with Venissa and her mom and grandparents down in San Diego! Its always nice to get away for a bit and not have any responsibilities. and hanging out with her family is always an adventure.
New Years: I was in the Apt by myself and was planing to scrapbook into the new year but I just stayed on the couch and watched movies.

One of my best friends Rachel got married on Jan 5th in Rocky Point Mexico! It was so much fun but with lots of stress leading up to it! I lost my NM license and so I thought I would just go to the DMV and get an CA one...but it takes 2-4 Weeks to mail it to me and I only had a few days! So I took a few other items that would say that I was a US Citizen and not have to stay in Mexico...with all that trouble they didn't even look at anything! Thank God for small border crossings!

My current problem is not having a roommate and not having money to pay the extra for rent! I have been looking but all of the ones that look good are male or after I email them or they email me nothing goes farther then 1 or 2 connections...haven't meat anyone yet or talked on the phone! I really need a roommate!

Well I will try to keep things updated but we will see how that goes! Have a wonderful Day!

That is what I have been feeling lately...so much has happened but nothing really of meaning....so much to do but not enough time/motivation to do it....so much time has gone by with not a lot done. I'm just really burnt out on life, I need a real vacation but don't have time for one. One thing that has come out of this is the issue of school. I'm going to be like all of the people I disapprove of and take a break of school when I only have a semester left. In reality I believe its the best thing to do for the moment...I know, I know I only have 1 semester left buck up and finish...but I can't. I'm so over school, I'm not motivated to do anything and its not worth it to take to courses and fail them...wast of time, money and energy. Plus I don't have money to pay for it. and it was going to end up that me and my brother were going to graduate on the same day...I know thats not a really good excuse but really it is, that way my family only has one thing to worry about and not having to figure out who will go where and miss the other one. Please pray for me as I'm going through this transition and for me not feeling like such a loser.

It's so exciting! Its a Samsung t629! I would have a photo for you but my computer is being really dumb and wont recognize my camera! Anyway it's a huge leap from my other one. This one has a camera, bluetooth capabilities, and much more! I cant wait to play with it alot and show it off...and the best part is I got it of free (plus s.h. but that was only 20 bucks!) and its a 200 dollar phone! what a steal! Yup thats right...I'm 22 Today! Its so exciting. I received some cupcakes from the Library staff today when I came in. Tonight and tomorrow with hopefully be filled with some good scrapbooking time and I'm really celebrating my Birthday on Sunday when some of my friends and I go to Acapulco's for dinner (Yummy margaritas) and then go see the nanny diaries! So Much fun to come!

Man I was doing so good....then summer came! I only did 3 posts in July. Crazy. What's happening in August. Well, for starters school starts (Aug 23rd). Not looking forward to that. But hopefully it will go fast because Ill be graduating in December. Then at the end of the month I'll be turning 22! I know to most of the people who look at my blog is like "wow only 22" but I'm thinking "wow already 22, where did the time go!" I'm not sure what I want to do for my birthday. Matt Kaerney concert at the House of Blues in Hollywood or just go out to dinner and a movie with some friends....What ever we do I would like it to be with my friends! So after my way fun weekend Ive had a very busy week so I have not posted anything about hanging out with Rachel or the wedding! Well Here we go....All weekend it seemed we were always in the car going somewhere. I arrived in Washington on Friday Morning and hung out at Rachel's house in Everett until we went to the boys and girls club to make dinner. After dinner we drove into Seattle and went to Cupcake Royale, an amazing cupcake place. We got the cupcakes then drove to her parents house in Shelton to pick up her moms car (cuz its newer and has a radio/cd player) Then we were on our way to Oregon. We did arrive in OR before 12 so I was in 3 states and the whole west coast of the U.S. on Thursday! Friday the girls did hair and makeup at Jessicas house and then when to the church to finnish getting ready. The wedding was so pretty and fun. It was a little cool but it didnt rain until the very end of the reception! The cerimony was so fun, it was small and sort of interactive! The reception we fun as well! After the wedding it was off to WA agian. But before we went back home we went to the beach and ate more cupcakes! Sunday was fathers day so we hung out at Rachels House in Shelton with her family. Her dad made some burgers and it was really good. Then we went back to Everette so we could rest to get up early to take me to the airport. Over All the trip was short and we did alot of driving but It was really fun!

Whoot Whoot Im so excited. At the moment Im at my friend Rachel's house in WA. and later tonight we are going to drive to OR for my roommate Krista's wedding! This weekend rocks. Today I will travel the whole west coast! So FUN! I will try to get pictures up on Tuesday...we will see how I feel on Monday!

Also Last night me a Venissa went to see Pirates 3 at the El Capitan Theater in hollywood! It was so much fun! Orlando is so HOTT will def have to buy it and pause it at the end! HOTT!

Its that time in life when everyone in your life is getting married and you are not! So I had a roommate last summer get married, this summer I have a roommate getting married (in about a week) and last night one of my current roommates got engaged! Whoot whoot for them! It was kind of weird to hear this morning cuz last night I was watching Gilmore Girls (I broke down and bought the 6th season...it was only $22, thats really good!) and its when Lane gets married and then I was scrapbooking and I was doing a love/wedding book from a wedding I went to after High School that I havent done yet...Wedding are all around so if you want to get married or engaged then hang out with me!

ok now that I have my excitement out (well not all of it cuz it made my day!) I will now tell you about Chipotle....have you ever eaten there? its A-Mazing I had it for lunch today and just loved the story on the cup about being a chain so I wrote it down to share:

I finally got some Pics to show for the last few events...Easter, Bus tour, and NSD, Lets begin:
Easter=so much fun. I spent it with the Luevanos at their family picnic and we had way to much fun!

Now about the Bus Tour: our store was one in many who participated in Tour de Crop, a Tour to Shop. The ladies started at our store and went to two other stores then came back to us! They got to do Make-n-takes and to see what other stores had to offer.

National Scrapbooking Day! Whoot Whoot! We had Renae Lindgren from Creative Imaginations come and do a make-n-take with her new cherry line, Amy and Mona came with her. And I actually got to do something (ok just one thing but it was something)! Whoot Whoot!

Summer of 3rds

For the movies that is! Spiderman 3 came out today, Shrek the 3rd is coming out May 18, PIRATES is May 25. Then there is a little break for Oceans Thirteen on June 8th then on August 3rd Bourne Ultimatum is coming out....And I think all of them will be great! Most movies that have sequels are stupid but the only one that I think may be questionable is Oceans thirteen. Movies are so much fun!

This weekend was great and has spilled over into to the week! Very exciting....lets start from the beginning!
Thursday...Greys was A-Mazing! They are setting it up so well for Addison to leave and have her own show but George cant go! I will not allow it! October road was also good and I'm sad that it was the season finale, but I think it will be coming back for another season so that is good.

Friday....work was ok then I went shopping for clothes for that night and I had to get a pink shirt for Scrappin on Saturday cuz I didn't own one. I went to old navy and was a good girl only bought a pink shirt (way cute, may even were it for reals) Whoot whoot for clubbing! It was so much fun! It was a friends Birthday so we went to Universal Studios City walk and went to a Salsa Club (which had a VIP section and was high class) and then to another less classy club that was playing fun 70's-now Videos! I didn't dance to much at the salsa club but the other one was way fun and would like to go back!

Saturday....I thought I would be tired and not ready for work but I was so hipper! It was the Tour de Crop and so we had like a bazillion people at the store shopping, doing make'n takes, and just having fun. I made the mistake of telling my fellow employees that I went to a salsa club and they wanted to see me dance so I danced a little in the store! It was also mucho funness!

Sunday....I went to see RENT! Whoot Whoot for RENT! So much fun! I went with a friend who went to Hope but then transferred to another school. Since I have seen the movie so many times it was kinda weird to see the play...its way more graphic! wow! but it was good and I had an A-Mazing time!

Monday....first a good thing and also a sad thing....RACHEL IS COMING BACK! Rachel was my roommate Freshman year and then moved back home but she is coming back! the sad part is the reason she is coming back is because her school is closing. but I don't care we are going to be roommates again! that is so exciting! whoot whoot.
Another thing that happened last night was at work....The door has been a little hard locking lately and last night I almost had a heart attack because the door wasn't locking and I thought I set off the alarm...but I did not. Hopefully they will call a locksmith today and I will not have to deal with the door yet again tonight!

I love the smell of crisp morning's! I haven't been sleeping well so I didn't do my Starbucks Thursdays but I did get up early enough to enjoy the morning air a little bit. This weekend is going to be so much fun! I get to hang out with people! I know what a concept! Tonight is Grey's Whoot whoot! and October Road...I may be going over to Megans but not sure, Either way I will watch them. On Friday Im haning out at Universial City Walk, its a friends Birthday and I dont know what exactly we are doing but it will be lots of fun! Saturday will be one CRAZY day but hopefully it will be fun. The scrapbooking store that I work at is doing this bus tour where it starts at our store and goes to two other stores then back to ours. (the other two stores are doing the same thing) So It will be crazy buzy even having everyone working! Then on Sunday...my favorite part of the weekend...IM GOING TO SEE RENT! Whoot Whoot Its playing at the OC Preforming Arts Center and I will be hanging out with a girl who I used to go to school with! This weekend will be crazy fun! Hope I can sleep and not be to tired!

She is Just A-Mazing! In my Childrens Lit class we are on the contemporaty fictions portion and I picked Junie B. If you have not read any of her books (There are alot and she begins in Kindergarden!) Then you are really missing something! She is a hoot! Here is a little tid bit:

"I stopped writing and raised my hand. Mr. Scary was not looking at me. When teachers don't look, you have to stand up and shout. Or else how are they supposed to notice you? I Stuood up and shouted. MR.S! MR. S! HOW LONG UNTIL WE HAVE SHOW-AND-TELL, DO YOU THINK? Mr. Scary wrinkled his eyebrows at me. I am no supposed to call him Mr. S, I believe. Please sit down, Junie B. he said Its still journal time. and Journal time is quiet time. I nodded, Yeah, I know. only I's actually like to wrap things up and get started with Show-and-Tell now. Mr. Scary sucked in his cheeks. Sit down, he said again. We will have Show-and-Tell shortly. I looked at the clock. How many minutes is shortly? I asked. Is it one minute or eight minutes or eleven minutes? On account of if its only one minute, I can wait, probabley. But eleven minutes would be out the the question."

Move over Elsie I have a new Hero....Ok well He is the Hero for the day! He is my Science Teacher this semester (and Last semester and all Science classes) And He is just a Hoot. I don't do good in Science but I like going to class just to see what he says. Like today he was talking about getting our grades online and he said "The name is Cadzow not Superman. The only thing that bothers me on the Periodic table is element 36 (I think that's the number-klh).......that's Kryptonite!"Our topic today was about Pressures and when we were talking about deep sea pressure he explained that he was sad that the Monterey Bay Aquarium got rid of the deep sea exhibit and that he didn't sleep for two days! That's not the half of it. He is always complaining that he doesn't have enough board space, calls everything "beasts" and hates the periodic table that we have in the classroom because it snaps up so he calls it the anti-christ! Man He is A-Mazing He makes me Laugh almost every class!

Man I had so much planned this weekend and you know how much of it I did.....Nothing! Ok well not nothing Work was on the List and I did some of that but not all of it. Friday I worked at the Library but not Scrappin so I was going to scrabooking but that didnt happen. Lately I have wanted to Scrapbook and have lots of ideas but when I get out my stuff there is nothing there to work with...and I cant buy any of the new stuff that we are getting at the store cuz Im on Freeze and cant buy anything till Elsie's Stuff comes in April! that is so long. Ok well the other day I did buy a few things cuz I spent my Starbucks money. In stead of scrappin I watched Moulan Rouge (sp? I can never get it right) then Krista and Derek did there wedding invites and I got mine! IM so EXCITED! Cant wait until June!
Then on Saturday I worked all day....Crazy day! We have so many new boxes of stuff to open and put out and no where to put it! Plus there was a class and it was super buzy...which made it go by fast but it was crazy! When I got home Krista and Derek were just starting the Departed so I sat down and watched it with them...I have seen it before and Its A-Mazing! Im glad it won all of those awards at the Oscars the other night!
Sunday.....what can I say about Sunday...I almost didnt go to church but I havent been in a church going mood lately so I forced myself to go...what else was I going to do...sleep...I needed to just go. My plans were then to Clean out my car (which is really durty cuz it has not been full unpacked from when I came back from being at home for Christmas!), work at the Library for a few hours (to get it over with), and Clean round my desk (really dirty as well!).....but what I really did was watch die hard, take a long nap, and then go to dinner with Krista at Accapoco! Dinner was great....we had some good roommate time! only wish Susie was there as well but she was still at home.
Now its Monday and I for sure have the case of the Mondays and almost didnt come to work this morning but I have no other time to make up the hours! So here I am taking a little break to tell you all about my weekend...hope your weekend and Monday is better then mine! Have a good week!

Fact of the Day: Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles

The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles were created by Kevin Eastman and Peter Laird in 1984 and debuted as a comic book. Man the past few days have been really fun...ok well mostly Sunday and last night.
On sunday I went to CHA (Craft and Hobby Association Convention) and had so much fun. It was my first one and there was so much to do and to look at! AND I GOT TO MEET ELSIE FLANNIGAN! She is my hero/insperation as a scrapbooker. She is so fun and her stuff is so A-Mazing I just cant wait until April for it to come to the store!
Then last night my mother called and told me that I had a new cousin Koltton DeForest Harris and he was born on my brothers birthday! how fun is that, and weird cuz another one of there children is born on my moms birthday! Mines next, if they get going now it can be born on August 31! Ha Ha!

These are the things that I love: Starbucks Cards....cant get enough Starbucks! Disneyland/disney snowglobes...they are just so fun to play with and to look at! The Tea Set...I saw the set in an antique store and told myself I didnt need it but when I got home I was kicking myself so the next time when I went back it was still there and as you can see I baught it. One of my shelves at school, it is the one that has some of the stuff from the antique store and other fun trinkits that I like. Zits is my most favorite Comic, this one is about how the punk guy perice is scrapbooking and hiding from everyone! I could not live if I didnt have my music and my movies! They are A-Mazing! Last but not Least ELSIE! She is my inspiration to all of my scrapbooks when Im showing people my stuff I really only show them the stuff that I have done after I discoverd Elsie because compared now all of my other stuff is really bad! Disneyland!

Nicky, Hanna, and I went to Disneyland today for Nicky's "birthday" (its really tomorrow!) And it was a blast. Steve was working the first time we tryed space, but we didnt get to ride it cuz it broke down. We did end up riding it before we left, which was A-Mazing with the red hot chilly peper song. We also whatched the parade of dreams and I took lots of good photos to scrapbook! It never fails that I get at least one Blister and a sun burn but this time I didnt get the sun burn!

When we came back Nicky droped me off at Starbucks and Both Dereks were working D Messed with me about eating meat and then d made fun of me not getting water in my chi! Man I miss those guys I will really have to go back there more often!

School! and Life

I dont want it to start! I like being on break and just working and sleeping and not haveing homework...Man I hate homework. But I have to go to school.

Tonight we are having our employee crop but Im the only one that is for sure going to be there, alot of maybes! Its ok with me I get to listen to the music I want and get to have the store all to myself to buy anything I need! but then it would be nice to have someone to ask for advice.

I got more pictures on disc today and my computer is being very slow on uploading them!

So I was thinking I would write a little bit cuz I never do. Im always on checking out Elsie blog to see what she has new and got me thinking...what if someone is waiting to see if I have written...ok that is really a long shot cuz who whats to read what I have to say but IT did make me want to write.

Since my last post there have been two holidays, Thanksgiving and Christmas, Ive changed majors and went home and come back, and got a Promotion at work! That is alot of happenings.

For Thanksgiving I was going to hang out with Venissa but she ended up going to her grandmothers and so I went over to Megs grandmas just like I did last year. It was good I had to much to eat but it was good.

At the end of last semester the Music Department told me that I shouldnt be a Music Major anymore so I stressed out alot and everything was up in the air. Now we have figured it out and I have changed my major to Liberal Arts and will be graduating in Dec. 2007! I cant wait and cant belive it at the same time!

I asked off from work for two weeks so that I could go home for Christmas and New Years. The grandparents on my moms side and one of her sisters were also there for Christmas! It was a blast I got lots of money and gift cards which are always good! My brother is "mad" at me becuase I got him addicted to three things: Greys Anatomy (we watched Both seasons), Suduko (he baught a book), and Veronica Mars (we also watched both seasons).

Before I left to go home I had an interview at the library for another position and while I was home I got the call to tell me that I got the new position. I did officially start when I got back on Jan. 8th but I was also scheduled for Nicole so Im doing both jobs at the time being and will only doing my new job when School starts again in two weeks! I dont want school to start but It has to. :(

Well I guess I better go because Im almost off and Nicole and I am going to Disneyland!

Only one more week till Thanksgiving Vacation! I cant wait...I will be working during that week but no school! I have so much to do so I hope I dont procrastinate to much because if I do then I wont get anything done! So much to do so little time!

This weekend was A-Maizng but way to short. My Friend Dana came to visit from Arizona. (we went to school together and she graduated, stayed in Cali for a year then thought it would be better to go back to AZ) We had so much fun. She arrived on Thursday night and we went to Starbucks and Taco Bell. Sara came as well and it seemed like old times, which I have missed.
Friday I still had class and a stupid thing to sing at but then it was off to Disneyland! Which since it was a holiday weekend (veterens day...I didnt have school out :( but Im not bitter) and there was some filming for the disney christmas special and I just found out that it was the first day that dland was dressed up for the Christmas season It was really buzy, dland was actually not selling tickets and later in the night they werent even letting APs in. (we know this cuz Sara was going to join up with us) Since it was so buzy we didnt get all of the rides in becuase the lines were way to long and we were getting hungry. We ate at Olive Garden, did Starbucks, and went to see Saw III. Crazy movie but really good.
Saturday we were going to "do brunch" with Eddie but It ended up Eddie eating food and me and Dana dringking lemonaid at the food court in the mall and then walking around. That was very interesting but any time with Eddie is interesting. Then we went to one of Dana's friends Rachels baby shower. It was fun and we ate but not alot cuz it didnt look that apitizing. We didnt stay long because we were off to Disneyland again. It was sitll buzy but much better. After Dland we when to Knotts because it was sadies and we thought it would be fun....it was sort of fun but I could have done without it.
Today we went to church and went to IHOP and had some good food. Then she had to go and is now driving back/almost home. I will miss her but I will see her in passing when I go home for Christmas. and she is planning to come back duing her break to go to disneylad aging befor her pass is up on Jan 14.

Birthdays

Today is my Mothers Birthday, my Cousins bithday, and an old friends brithday. I called my mom she had a good day, my cuz is only 3 and I dont really talk to her and my old friend...well I wish I could talk to her. We were friends in High school, she was two years younger then me/we went to the same church and our parents were friends we became real friends in High school. Our church split at the beginning of my High school years then there was sort of another split the summer before college...that is when her and I sort of split as well cuz we didnt see eachother and I dont communicate well if I dont see you on a regular basis. Things happened she got married moved out and I wish that I could have talked to her when all of that happened but that was a few years ago and I only hear things about her through my mother through her mother but for a while they werent even talking (my friend and her mother that is) well long story short I just email her a birthday greeting to the email address that I have and I hope that she still has it and that she will email me back. Wish me luck!

Why do we tell pleople to have fun in the time of leaving. For example Im at work and my coworking is leaving, in telling me goodbye she tells me to have fun. Im at work for goodness sakes how much fun can I Have!

Wedding Dress

Wait stop what you are thinking....Its not my dress and I'm not getting married. IM no where close to getting married. But I did go wedding dress shoppin with my roommate today. She is getting married in June. We (as in me, her and my other roommate) had so much fun! She was so excited and the dress she bought is A-Mazing, it is so pretty and she was just glowing. It kind of made me want to get married and there is no one in my life that I would like to date let alone marry. The next best thing would be a brides maid but I'm not even that. My other roommate is and I didn't think I would think so poorly that she didn't ask me to be one as I am. I just feel like I wasn't a good enough roommate/friend for her to choose me. What could I have done, nothing I suppose. But it still makes me a little sad and distant. On a happy note we did go to the rainforest cafe for dinner and it was amazing then we went to golden spoon, which was also good, and then came back to the room and watched some Grey's Anatomy which is always A-mazing!
